Organizational culture, company vision, mission, policies and procedures, benefit and reward, performance management and employee relations, hiring staff, negotiating employment agreements and labor law/best practice3.?????? Resolve complex employee relations issues and conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations4.?????? Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements and legislation related to day-to-day management of employees and employee relations issues, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance, advises and coaches managers on this when required5.?????? Ensure that legal policies are implemented within the region6.?????? Lead performance, conduct and disciplinary meetings7.?????? Ensure that line managers conduct regular and timely performance appraisals for their direct reports in accordance with company policy8.?????? Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations9.?????? Performance management implementation Motivating and supporting current staff10.?? Job mapping, job grading, manpower planning, forecast and budgeting11.?? Handling employee compensation and benefits12.?? Employee relations, employee retaining programs & exit interviews.13.?? Automation of HR Services & HRMMS implementation14.?? Designing and directing training programs?
