  • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, retention and employee engagement to foster a positive work environment and drive high performance.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, training and development programs, ensuring competitiveness and supporting career growth.
  • Partner with leadership on organizational culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, as well as HR analytics and change management efforts.
