HR AssistantJob Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities:•Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment contracts•Maintain employee records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date•Process employee requests and maintain HR databases, such as attendance and leave records•Assist with performance management processes, including coordinating performance evaluations and maintaining performance records•Support the HR team in developing and implementing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations•Coordinate training and development programs for employees, including scheduling and tracking participation•Assist with employee relations, including addressing employee grievances and conducting exit interviews•Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and procedures•Provide administrative support to the HR team as neededQualifications:•Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field•2+ years of experience in a similar role•Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills•Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems•Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information•Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team•Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is preferred
