Dear ApplicantWe are currently looking for a HP/Ricoh MFP Print Engineer - Arabic Speaker who has minimum 3 to 5 years of Experience.SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:o Responsible for meeting daily service repair needs ensuring contractual response and completion times to ensure customer satisfaction/delight.o Install, Repairs and Maintain equipment in the field; provide customer key operator product orientation for optimum equipment operation as required. Provide periodical preventative maintenance on each device as per agreed contract with respective customerso Document all inspections, maintenance, repair work and submits service call report / installation report on daily basis.Order, install, and return parts and manage repair parts cycle timeo Review all logs for open issues in his area and prepare formal reports to line managers, if need ariseo Provide technical support to customers as need arise.o Maintain clear and concise business communication proficiency, both oral and writteno Comply with and ensure department compliance with o Company HSSE policies and code of business ethics.Other official duties as required when need arisePOSITION REQUIREMENTS:Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years? experience directly involved in troubleshooting, field repair and preventive maintenance of MFP, Printer, Fax and other office equipment products (both Mono & color equipment)Knowledge/Skills: Individuals should possess good communications skills and have a strong orientation for customer focus and teamwork. Prior experience on HP products and Software. Networking/Connectivity skills related to product. Basic solutions working knowledge would be added advantage. Must be responsive to all customer issues at all times. Knowledge of Arabic language will be added advantage though not essentialJob Type: Full-time
