Job Description

Main ResponsibilitiesHousekeeping Floor Supervisor will perform the following tasks to the highest standards and as per Leading Quality Experience (LQE) standards:

  • Allocates work duties to Housekeeping Room Attendants
  • Provides excellent Guest Services, including VIP and other special requirements
  • Performs routine inspections of all checkout rooms and spot checks of all occupied rooms
  • Reports and performs the follow-up tasks on any maintenance defects or other issues
  • Inspects service areas, storerooms and corridors
  • Schedules and supervises deep cleaning and any other projects
  • Manages and trains Room Attendants to ensure their performance is up to the required standards
  • Manages and controls stocks and the maintenance of equipment
  • Ensure adherence to hotel brand standards at all times.
Basic Qualification
  • Previous experience in a Housekeeping supervisory role
  • A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
  • Attention to details
  • A successful track record of managing a team
  • Strong organizational and analytic skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency, preferred, with computers and computer programs, including MS Office and applications
