Job Description

Statement of Job?The post holder is responsible to clean the designated area that he / she has been assigned in line with the Housekeeping Standard Operating procedures.?Your work will include but may not be limited to the following:?

  • To ensure that the Housekeeping Standard Operation & Safety Procedures are followed at all times.
  • To report any maintenance issues to Shift Leader/ Senior Shift Leader.
  • General hygiene should be maintained at all times.
  • Attend Housekeeping weekly and monthly meetings.
  • To report on duty clean, groomed, and wearing the correct uniform and name badge as per the Clubs policy.
  • To attend all Housekeeping Training sessions.
  • Always welcome Members / Members guest with a smile and good morning, afternoon or evening.
  • Ensure that all chemicals are handled with care and the safety procedures in place are followed.
  • To make sure all cleaning equipment is used as per the Clubs operating procedure.
  • Report any incident to Shift Leader/ Senior Shift Leader.
  • Report any accidents to Shift Leader/ Senior Shift Leader.
  • Any indoor venue where the temperature is too cold /hot must be reported to the Shift Leader/ Senior Shift Leader.
