  • Maintains a guest history record of birthdays, special occasions, and preferences of regular guests, and uses the same information to create a more personalized service.
  • Monitors reservations, table allocations, waiting lists, and discount redemptions. Checks reservation book regularly for next meal reservation.
  • Ensures that standard procedures concerning billing, takeaways, discounts & promotional details, shisha rules & SOP, and outside food policies are accurately being conducted.
  • Presents and menu to guests while in the waiting area and explains the restaurant pagers ?range.
Courteously escorts guests to preferred tables upon availability and introduces them to the attending servers
