  • Greeting guests as the first point of contact and is responsible for greeting them with a warm smile and welcoming attitude.
  • Providing information about the menu, food hall offerings, and any promotions or events taking place. They should be able to answer questions and provide guests with information about the food hall.
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction by being aware of guests needs and be proactive in ensuring their satisfaction. If a guest is unhappy with their experience, the hostess should take appropriate steps to resolve the issue and make the guest feel valued.
  • Managing waitlist accurately and updating guests on their expected wait time.
  • Assisting with special requests, such as finding a table that accommodates a large group or accommodating guests with mobility issues.
