Our client, a fast growing home healthcare facility, is currently looking for a number of Nurses to work at the residence of their patients. In this role, you will work under the direction of the Home and Community Care Service Manager, you will be expected to provide comprehensive nursing care in the community setting that assists their clients to achieve optimum health and quality of life in situations of chronic disease, acute illness, injury or through the process of dying.
