Job Description

Bodytree has been offering health and wellness to the Abu Dhabi community since 2007. Bodytree consistently positions itself ahead of the curve through its distinctive services, including a solid schedule of regular group classes and workshops curated by international experts, a dedicated team of professional therapists in massage, Reiki and nutrition, and leading quality events for both corporate and community alike.The Head Receptionist will deliver exceptional customer service levels and be a strong leader who is passionate about supporting, coaching, and developing all team members to be able to deliver Bodytree Studio?s vision.Responsibilities:

  • Be the face of Bodytree
  • Manage the client journey, from the initial meet and greet, ensuring all clients receive a 5*welcome, assess new clients needs and follow up.
  • Deliver second to none customer service.
  • Ensure all complaints & suggestions are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
  • Oversee and drive reception performance in delivering their customer service KPIs.
  • Hold regular team and 121 meetings, coaching sessions, giving honest feedback, and offering support where needed.
  • Maintain Bodytree?s brand standards throughout the studio.
  • Assist Operations Manager to develop a quarterly staff training calendar.
  • Assist the management team with event planning.
