Charterhouse is working with a renowned UAE corporation which specialises in the financial services sector, who is currently looking to hire for a Head of Sales, to join their leadership team based out of Abu Dhabi.About The RoleThe Head of Sales will play a vital role in the supporting the Head of Operations on the design and implementation of the organizations strategy and business/ sales plan to increase market share. This role will implement route to market plans to help elevate the brand and develop referral networks.Aside from being actively involved in the business strategy, this individual will also be involved with driving the sales team to increase revenue and portfolio of B2B sales, developing strategic partners and network of correspondent banks and agents.About YouTo be considered for this role, the successful candidate must a hold a relevant Degree and possess at least 5 years of payments and remittance sales experience within a notable payment institution.Our client is looking for someone with prior experience developing and implementing strategies and business plans. Having fluency in Arabic would also be a bonus.
