  • Establish Quality Assurance system, including documented procedures, processes and policies.
  • Develop division plan and contribute to the development of the Company strategic plan.
  • Lead the implementation of the relevant capabilities required for organizational excellence to achieve continuous improvement in performance as a result of an effective learning from previous performance and best practices.
  • Lead the implementation of innovative practices towards achieving leading positions for the Company.
  • Establishes, monitors, and reports all strategic planning and evaluation activities of the department to ensure appropriate measures are in place and utilized for the achievement of the company strategic objectives.
