Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated UAE National to join a prestigious organization in Abu Dhabi as the Head of Networking. This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage the organization?s networking infrastructure, ensuring its scalability, security, and efficiency to support critical business operations.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic networking plans to align with the organization?s goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the design, deployment, and management of advanced network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, wireless, and cloud networking solutions.
  • Ensure the highest levels of network performance, reliability, and security through proactive monitoring and optimization.
  • Lead a team of networking professionals, providing mentorship, direction, and technical guidance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate networking solutions into broader IT and business strategies.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal services and solutions are delivered.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in networking technology to maintain a competitive edge.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • UAE National with a Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master?s degree is a plus.
  • Extensive experience in network design, management, and operations, with a proven track record of leading successful networking initiatives.
  • In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, technologies, and security standards, including experience with cloud-based networking.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are highly desirable.
