Job Description

ROLE STATEMENTEstablish Innovation Park policies, and other applicable standards and procedures. Manage the generation and implementation of plans that support the Innovation Park?s growth objectives and that will form a key element of the annual 5-year strategic plan.PRINCIPLE TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Establish, develop & document standard operating procedure to ensure effective management of the Innovation Park and ensure consistency of implementation and demonstrate compliance with best practices.
  2. Comply and ensure compliance with all regulatory and Establish and adhere at all times to the Innovation Park?s policies, and other applicable standards and procedures.
  3. Develop strategy and operational plan including annual training plan based on market needs to run the Innovation Park effectively and efficiently in alignment with best practices and international standards.
  4. Proactively seek, identify and recommend potential teaming and acquisition targets.
  5. Build partnership with relevant stakeholders and business partners and generate revenue with margin of profit.
  6. Proactively manage the Business Development team ensuring that their activity is targeted, effective and efficient.
  7. Maintain and improve customer relationship by setting standards for direct reports and their teams, and by developing value adding, personal relationships with key contacts within the industry.
  8. Develop new vocational and technical training programs in accordance with the requirements of the UAE labor market and assist in acquiring approvals.
  9. Demonstrate leadership in the production of tenders and proposals ensuring that they accurately present the best win proposition and that they reflect favorable commercial terms that protect the long-term interests of the business.
  10. Provide control, direction and motivation of subordinates, and appoint, develop and train staff to continuously improve the capabilities of those functions under your control.
  11. Generate monthly new business development reports for the Management.
  12. Act on behalf of and represent the interests of organizations on key projects and programs where innovation Park has a lead role
  13. Manage iCampus and Promote eLearning solutions available in iCampus.
  14. Identify the relevant capabilities stipulated in the excellence award and work effectively and efficiently to achieve the targeted results.
  15. Document the results achieved as per the excellence award requirements.
  16. Develop and implement innovative practices.
  17. Lead the implementation of the relevant capabilities required for organizational excellence to achieve continuous improvement in performance as a result of an effective learning from previous performance and best practices.
  18. Lead the implementation of innovative practices towards achieving leading positions.
