Strong understanding of corporate finance principles and valuation techniquesDemonstrated experience in leading due diligence on potential investment targets, including market analysis, competitive assessment, and risk evaluationSound understanding of deal structuring, investment terms, and negotiation techniquesGood knowledge of private equity / venture capital industries.
