eMagine Solutions have been retained by an internationally renowned global investment bank who are opening a new office in Abu Dhabi (ADQ). They will be implementing cutting edge projects to automate several parts of their operations here in the Middle East and as such are hiring for a super talented process and delivery lead. The role sits at the SVP level and you will be working closely with business heads in technical (Enterprise Architecture, Product, Machine Learning, Data) as well functional teams (Operations, Back-office). You will be acting as a bridge between the business heads and the CxO (board level).As such we are looking for a blend of technical and functional skills, technically you should be adept at managing and creating operating models and developing sleek process improvement and process mapping (Architecture) as such exposure to Kaizen (continuous improvement) or Lean Six Sigma is a must.Our client is an Agile / Waterfall environment and exposure and knowledge is needed.
