Job Description

Position Title:Head ChefEmployment Type:Full TimeSalary: up to 25K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus family benefitsJob Location:Abu Dhabi, UAEAbout the Client: A prominent group based in Abu Dhabi, with international collaboration and successful track records in the area of F&B, providing customers with the best visit experience.

  • Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including menu creation, ingredient sourcing, and supervision of kitchen staff.
  • Practice healthy cooking methods and be able to create nutritious, delicious dishes that meet the needs of the restaurants target customers.
  • Maintain a high level of food safety and sanitation, as well as manage the kitchens budget and schedules.
  • Responsible for training and mentoring junior chefs and ensuring that all of kitchen staff are following proper cooking techniques at all times.
  • Develop recipes, dishes and other options for customers with much consideration on the restaurant brand and image while showing product results with creativity on variety and quality.
