Key Responsibilities:

Perform all necessary tasks to service beverages according to hotel standards
Monitor daily the bar counter set up and ensure that mise en place and any other required ingredients and equipment are prepared
Ensures that all beverages are fresh and of good order to be served
Create new mixed drinks and cocktails for promotional activity and menu
Carry out monthly inventories
Create wow moments to surprise and delight guests in the restaurant

Skills and Competencies:

2 years experience as Head Bartender in a high-end bar with highest level of service or within a luxury hotel / resort is preferred
Holds a diploma / degree in hospitality or a vocational training in food and beverage
Ability to understand guests needs and to deliver superior exceptional guest experience
Familiar with all types of wines, liquor and cocktails
Creative, innovative and guest-service focused
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
