  • Elaborate and maintain the cafes coffee menu, ensuring a diverse range of high-quality offerings (coffee, Tea, and cold nonalcoholic drinks).
  • Supervise and schedule the barista team, ensuring proper coverage during peak hours and maintaining efficient workflow.
  • Conduct regular feedback, enhancement training sessions to the bar teams knowledge and skills, including espresso extraction, milk steaming, and customer service.
  • Set the highest standards for customer service, serve guests with exceptional experiences with every visit.
  • Engage with customers, offering recommendations, and sharing coffee knowledge while serving to enhance their appreciation and enjoyment.
