  • Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of coffee bar and front of the house team members
  • Welcome and interact with customers, finding their preferences, recommending coffees or other beverages along with pastries, etc.
  • Prepare a wide variety of coffees, teas and other cold and hot drinks high standard presentation and techniques including coffee art
  • Co-ordinate the prepare all orders from the coffee counter, enabling waiting staff to serve freshly made drinks
  • Keep equipment working, carrying out preventive maintenance, troubleshooting breakdowns and maintain a safe, hygienic, and presentable work environment,
  • Monitor and restock inventory by replenishing coffee bean supply, stocking coffee brewing equipment, etc.
