Job Description

Role Summary:The hardware repair technician is responsible for all hardware repairs for laptops and handheld devices. He will be handling laptop internal parts changing, on board fixing, external parts replacing. In addition to laptop fixing, The Hardware repair technician should also be experienced in fixing tablets, iPads and Chromebooks.Responsibilities:

  • Replace spare parts for laptops, iPads, tablets, and Chromebooks
  • Troubleshoot and fix Motherboard
  • Replace On-board parts like ICs, charging ports, soldered components replacement
  • Remove components from old boards and cannibalized parts to fix needed devices
  • Test Sufficiently for all fixed devices and ensure good quality assurance- Sufficient testing for Quality assurance
