Respond and provide technical support to Branch Service Requests (service calls).
Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair commercial fitness, Pool and Spa equipment both on-site and in-house at our facility.
Communicate with Branch manager and branch office regarding status of repairs.
Completes service tickets & all required paperwork according to procedures.
Place parts orders with appropriate supplier/vendor.
Track parts orders & update the head office with the status of their service.
Technical support to existing customers.
You will be working both in-house from the office and on the field some days.
Maintaining current vehicle inventory, cleanliness and preventative and reactive maintenance.
