Job Description

As a Greeter ? Customer Service, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent customer service and creating a positive first impression. You will be responsible for greeting and welcoming clients, answering their inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate areas within our facility. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is friendly, professional, and has excellent communication skills.Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome clients as they enter our facility
  2. Provide information and answer inquiries about our services
  3. Direct clients to the appropriate areas within our facility
  4. Assist with client registrations and appointments
  5. Handle client complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
  6. Maintain a neat and organized reception area
  7. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
  8. Ensure that clients have a positive experience during their visit
  9. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations
