Responsibilities:

Develop master visual concepts in line with the internal creative brief and the campaigns? objectives
Fulfill general design requests, art-working, supply of materials and day-to-day design needs
Collaborate, brainstorm and provide graphic design support to various hotel departments
Design and produce marketing materials including, but not limited to, collateral, touch points, advertisements, brochures, signage and presentations
Monitor the progress of all projects, providing continuous status updates
Adhere to Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group?s brand guidelines in all design projects
Ensure that the corporate BCM manuals are kept up-to-date and implemented as appropriate
Supervise production of the hotel?s internal and external collateral as per the brand?s standards
Source and maintain a list of reliable suppliers. Manage relationships with external printers and suppliers to ensure quality control at all times
Co-ordinate the display and removal of all promotional materials within the hotel premises
Update and maintain databases of designs, photography, and video assets.

Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor?s degree in graphic design or any other design related education certification
Solid knowledge of In Design, Photoshop and Illustrator and working knowledge of Microsoft Office and interactive media production
A solution oriented, collaborative, proactive individual with strong communication skills.
A flexible and resilient approach with the ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced and demanding environment.
