Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the top-tier developers in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Sr. Manager who will be responsible for managing stakeholder engagement.<br /><br />- Identify and engage with all Government Authorities at an early stage.<br />- Ensure all stakeholder engagement approval programs are conducted according to the predetermined strategy during all project design and construction stages.<br />- Notify the Project Manager of any potential risks in the permitting process that could impact the schedule and status via dashboards submitted periodically<br />- Support all related internal parties with the overall permitting process to secure required project approvals, NOCs and permits.<br />- Ensure that all required documents are delivered on schedule and according to authorities requirements, guidelines & standards in orderto ensure submittals and approvals are done on time.<br />- Making sure that all stakeholder engagement is recorded and properly stored in the stakeholder database.<br /><br />Requirements- University Degree preferred, not essential<br />- Must have prior work experience required in Abu Dhabi<br />- Preferably the candidate must have worked formerly with the Local Authorities.<br />- 15+ years of experience<br />- 10+ years with local authority preferred<br /><br />BenefitsAttractive Salary+Benefits<br />
