  • Lead and manage all aspects of the store, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining a premier reputation.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and a passion for luxury retail.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, monitor performance, and build strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Create an attractive and compelling shopping environment through effective visual merchandising and store operations management.
  • Manage finances, including budgeting, cost control, and analyzing sales data to drive profitability and achieve financial targets.
