? To have a complete understanding of the hotel apartments rules and regulations.? Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.? Have a complete understanding of and adhere to the hotel apartments policy relating to Fire, Health and Safety.? To maintain good working relationship with own colleagues and all other departments.? Provide a courteous and professional service at all times.? To maintain and upload online Dubai municipality/DTCM documents as well as readings as per requirement. ? To complete the personal daily shift log record book accurately and keep ready for inspection.? Coordinate for the maintenance work with service providers as per service agreement. Follow up all pending work. Keeping all service reports up to date.? Be active member of hotel emergency response team. To ensure that each and every job is done to a high standard and that all your work is done with quality in mind.? Emergencies - To be available for any emergencies and act in a professional manner to protect our Guests, Staffs and preserve the Hotel Property and its system.? Ensure that all engineering spaces are safe, kept clean and in an orderly manner at all times.? Review the shift log and fallow up for the pending job orders.? Review and maintain operation log sheets and daily check list.? Prepare daily and monthly consumption reports for power, water.
