Position Title:ÿGeneral Ledger AccountantEmployment Type:ÿFull TimeSalary:ÿup to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location:ÿAbu Dhabi, UAEAbout the Client: A prominent group based in Abu Dhabi, with international collaboration and successful track records in the areas of F&B, Retail and Entertainment providing fun and exciting quality experiences. ?ÿManage a timely and accurate month end close by reviewing various journal entries and account reconciliations for cash, prepaids, accruals, inter-company reconciliations, fixed assets schedules, financial statement consolidation and other various accounts.?ÿMaintains the integrity of the general ledger including the preparation, verification, and input of journal entries. Prepares analysis of accounts as requested.?ÿReview monthly prepaid, accruals and fixed asset roll forwards and related schedules.?ÿResponsible for the timely and accurate preparation and reporting of financial information and ensuring that information adheres to IFRS (international financial Reporting Standard) and internal company policies.?ÿProvide backup support to the accounts payable team and reporting team as needed.?ÿWork with and support the accounting team in day-to-day activities, special projects, and workflow process improvements especially on Control Capex spent compared to Budget
