We are seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist to provide comprehensive oral healthcare services to patients of all ages. The ideal candidate will diagnose and treat dental conditions, promote oral health, and ensure high standards of patient care in line with clinical and ethical guidelines.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planningProvide preventive care including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and oral health educationCarry out restorative procedures such as fillings, crowns, bridges, and simple root canalsPerform extractions and manage basic oral surgical proceduresDiagnose and treat oral diseases, infections, and injuriesInterpret dental radiographs (X-rays) and clinical findingsPrescribe medications when required in accordance with regulationsMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient recordsEnsure compliance with infection control and sterilization protocolsEducate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment optionsCollaborate with dental specialists and refer patients when necessaryRequirements & QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD/DDS)Valid dental license or eligibility for licensure (DHA / MOH / DOH or equivalent)Proven experience as a General Dentist preferredStrong clinical, diagnostic, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary teamExcellent communication and patient-management skillsSkills & CompetenciesProficiency in general dentistry proceduresStrong attention to detail and manual dexterityPatient-focused approach with a caring attitudeTime management and organizational skillsKnowledge of modern dental equipment and digital systemsWorking ConditionsFull-time / Part-time positionClinic or hospital-based practiceMay include evening or weekend shifts depending on patient loadBenefits (if applicable)Competitive salary and incentive structureMedical insurance and paid leaveContinuing Professional Development (CPD) supportSupportive work environment and growth opportunities Company Profile At We Staffed LLC, we know that behind every resume and license application is a professional with a dream.
