Job Description

Position Title:Front SupervisorEmployment Type:Full TimeSalary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location:Abu Dhabi, UAEAbout the Client: A prominent group based in Abu Dhabi, with international collaboration and successful track records in the area of F&B, providing customers with the best visit experience

  • Coordinate with various departments and ensure staff set up and supply remain according to departmental standards
  • Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked
  • Monitoring the restaurants cash flow and settling outstanding bills
  • Leading a professional resolution of customer complaints and reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service
  • Analyze all special guest requirements and prepare plans to resolve customer care-related issues and satisfy guests
  • Supervise efficient upkeep of tools through proper usage of equipment and devices
