Looking for a Front Desk Agent to join one of the luxurious 5 stars hotel in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service.

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with the check-in process.
  • Provide information about the hotels facilities, services, and policies.
  • Process guest check-outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy in billing and payment transactions
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and services.
  • Handle guest complaints and find appropriate solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Keep accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and preferences.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • Generate reports on room availability, occupancy rates, and other relevant metrics.
