Assist maintenance department in case of equipment trouble and cooperate with them for preventive actions. Assist to find a cause of the defects to keep good pipe quality, also maintain the respective machine as per daily, weekly & monthly check list.
Measure the pipe dimension according to the operation procedures & record the measurement.
Adjust the equipment to get satisfactory dimension and appearance of the pipe
Keep the designated productivity according to the pipe size/grade
Control inventory of the working materials properly
Write and issue a daily report to the persons concerned
Implement sorting, organizing, cleaning, sanitizing and disciplining in the working place, keep the shop floor neat & clean.
Obey safety rules and propose safety measures voluntarily
If operational requirement then grinding & gas cutting operation to be perform.
