Foreman Painter (Oil & Gas)Location: UAE (Offshore/Onshore)Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage painting activities on oil and gas facilities, ensuring high-quality standards and safety protocols are followed.
Oversee a team of painters and ensure they are properly trained, equipped, and motivated.
Ensure proper surface preparation, painting, and coating application for various equipment, pipelines, and structures.
Inspect and monitor the quality of work, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Coordinate with project managers and other teams to schedule and complete tasks on time.
Maintain inventory of painting supplies and ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good condition and safely used by the team.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality control procedures on-site.
Monitor and report on painting progress, providing updates to management and clients as needed.
Identify any risks or issues that may impact project timelines and quality and take corrective actions as necessary.
Ensure the proper disposal of hazardous materials according to regulations.
