RequirementsJob Requirements:

Check the daily schedule for arrival/departure flights in order to make arrangements for the day.
Be present at the Bell desk/Reception and be ready to assist guests, colleagues and visitors when requested.
Respond to guest requests and queries providing a knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful information service.
Ensure that the service is at all times performed in a professional manner and to the style as specified by the Supervisor / Manager.
Be aware of all services, food and beverages offered in the terminal.
Perform all tasks such as displays, cleaning, setting and other general service requirements.
Maintain food and beverage stocks, and miscellaneous supplies and notify management of low stocks for reorder.
Ensure that stations are clean and clear throughout the service.
Report all comments/complaints/problems to the supervisor and fill incident reports to detail out any issues/observations.
Assist other team members on duty with his/her duties during busy periods and breaks.
Complete any other duties assigned by Line Manager.
