For this vital role, we?re looking for someone who is passionate about creating great guest experiences.As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will ensure that the highest standards of hospitality and provide courteous service food and beverage to guests at the hotel. Your key responsibilities will include best service to the guests as per standards, billing, messaging and guest relations. You will have a good knowledge of the hotels facilities and services and will deliver the information to the guest whenever it?s needed in order to boost up hotel sales.The successfulcandidate must be able to demonstrate that they can work in multi-tasking environment effectively, be enthusiastic, positive in their nature and have an excellent guest handling manner. The successful candidate will also ideally have previous experience of working in hospitality industry. You will need to be flexible with working hours and be a team player. English communication skill is a must and having the experience in the bar will be an asset.Ideally, you will have at least one-year experience in a similar role with relevant school/college qualification.
