Fleet Operation CoordinatorLocation: Abu DhabiCompany: Delivery ZoneResponsibilities:•Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring vehicles.•Schedule and dispatch drivers for efficient and timely delivery to customers.•Monitor vehicles and Bike routes and adjust as needed to optimize delivery times and minimize fuel consumption.•Communicate effectively with drivers to provide instructions, updates, and support throughout their shifts.•Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs.•Monitor fuel usage and expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities.•Respond promptly to any issues or emergencies that arise during delivery operations.Requirements:•High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or a related field is a plus.•Proven experience in fleet management or a similar role, preferably in the delivery industry.•Strong organizational, Communication and problem-solving skills.•Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as fleet management systems and GPS tracking tools.•CRM operations Software Experience required
