Fit-Out SpecialistJob Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities:•Oversee and manage on-site fit-out activities to ensure timely and quality project delivery•Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain project schedules•Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with safety standards and work specifications•Review drawings and ensure execution as per approved plans•Submit daily/weekly progress reports•Handle site meetings and resolve day-to-day site issues efficiently•Ensure quality control, cost control, and timely material procurementRequirements:•Minimum 3 years of fit-out experience in the Middle East (UAE preferred)•Strong supervisory and site management skills•Familiar with local construction codes, regulations, and fit-out practices•Must be able to read drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications•Excellent communication in Hindi and English•UAE driving license is a strong advantage
