  • Design, build, supervise, operate, construct and maintain fit out of infrastructures
  • Communicate between all parties involved e.g. clients and internal team
  • Ensure that all materials for fit out used and work performed are as per specifications
  • Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors
  • Act as the main technical advisor and coordinator on site for subcontractors and operatives
