Job Description

We are?working very closely with the top management of a leading Chinese Manufacturing Group in the world having its presence in Africa and the Middle East.They urgently require a Finance Manager in Dubai.:

  • Establish financial operations according to the companys development strategy and goals,and ensure the groups policies, systems, and standard financial implementation needs;?
  • Responsible for the organization, design, adjustment, and improvement of the groups financial management system, which includes comprehensive financial management, investment management, accounting, internal control management, tax management, asset management, etc.;
  • Responsible for the control of the companys expenses and costs, manage and control the companys funds and assets, propose capital structure optimization plans, draw up and evaluate different capital structure adjustment plans, and changes in corporate value and shareholder value;
  • Contact and negotiate with relevant financial and tax authorities to complete the companys planning work;
  • Responsible for the financial management and monitoring of the subordinates, and ensure the achievement of the companys business objectives by providing financial support to thegroup;
  • Responsible for improving the overall ability of the groups financial team and building aprofessional financial management team.?
