Finance ManagerJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:?Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization?s goals.?Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.?Calculate corporate tax, VAT, and excise tax, and file returns in accordance with FTA regulations.?Oversee cash flow management and ensure timely payments and collections.?Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to management.?Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.?Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and tax advisors.?Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and professional development.?Prepare and submit monthly MIS reports to management.Qualifications:?Bachelor?s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA, CMA, ACCA will have preferred).?Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role is required.?Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.?Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.?Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.?Strong leadership and communication skills.
