Our client is a growing business in the Education Sector. They are based out of Abu Dhabi and are looking to hire a Finance Manager as part of their expansion plansClient DetailsOur client is a group of schools based in Abu Dhabi and they are recruiting a Finance Manager to oversee their portfolioDescriptionProvide strategic and operational finance recommendations to the management Ensure development of policies on strategic issues related to the schools financial integrityPrepare budgets and present them to the managementDevelop financial forecasts and financial accounts and investment reporting for the schoolsIdentify and evaluate investment opportunities for the groupPrepare long-term business and financial planning and present to the managementEnsure that control, monitoring and performance standards and mechanisms are in place for all financial and investment related matters as well as for school fee collectionsEnsure the development and effective implementation of finance and accounting policies the group level and the schoolsLiaise and develop relationships with government authorities and other bodies relevant to finance and accountsProvide direction and management of school finance and accounting teamsProvide accurate and timely reporting against the Finance Key Performance Indicators, including the provision of appropriate evidenceProfileBachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting; professional accounting qualifications such as ACA, CPA etc. is an advantageMinimum 8 years of experience, of which, at least 4 are in a managerial capacityExperience in the Education sector is an added advantageThis role will be based in Abu Dhabi - ideal candidate is already in Abu Dhabi or is willing to relocateJob OfferThe successful candidate is offered an attractive pay along with performance based incentives
