Lead Procedure Qualification Trials (PQT), Applicator Qualification Trials (AQT) for all products assigned to the Field Services team at Customer sites. Typical products include Heat Shrink Sleeves, Visco-Elastic coating, Liquid coatings (brush/spray/atomizer)
Support Product Management and R&D team by performing site trials and testing.
Repair and maintenance of equipment fleet such as Induction Heating Equipment and IntelliCOAT.
Provide technical and project support documentation.
Coordinate between other departments like HSE, Customer Service, Business Development, Proposal and Technical departments.
DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES?-??????Performs/supervise PQT?s at customer project locations?-??????Training/AQT to contractor personnel on the installation procedures of products specified for the project either physically or virtually?-??????Provide required on-site inspection and supervision during installation of products?-??????Internal trials and testing to support product management and R&D team?-??????Repair/Maintenance of Induction Heating Equipment?s?-??????Operation and basic maintenance of IntelliCOAT?-??????Technical/Project documentation (Method Statement, Inspection Test Plan, Compliance Summaries)?Coordinate/ inside support to other departments like HSE, Customer Service, Business Development, Proposal and Technical departments to ensure smooth execution of project from start to finish
