Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading Food Manufacturing Company in the poultry industry. We are looking for a Field Operator (Hatchery) to manage the incubation and hatching processes by ensuring optimal environmental conditions and adhering to strict bio security protocols.Responsibilities:- Operate incubators and hatchers, ensuring optimal temperature, humidity, and ventilation.- Set eggs in incubators and monitor development stages.- Transfer eggs from setters to hatchers at the designated time.- Assist in candling and grading eggs to identify quality and fertility issues.- Sort and grade chicks based on quality and size.- Prepare chicks for vaccination and transportation.- Enforce strict biosecurity measures to prevent disease and contamination.- Report any abnormalities or operational issues to the hatchery supervisor.Requirements- Minimum 3 years of experience in poultry hatchery operations.- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.- Education: Diploma or High School Certificate.- Basic English proficiency is required.Benefits- Salary plus benefits- Career advancement opportunities with a well-established food manufacturing company.- A supportive and structured work environment with international exposure.- Professional development and training opportunities to enhance skills and career growth.
