Join a leading provider of ISO training solutions and other QHSE Training dedicated to helping organizations achieve excellence through internationally recognized standards. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team.Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce ISO and QHSE training programs.Understand clients' needs and recommend appropriate ISO and QHSE training services.Schedule appointments for the sales team and provide follow-up information to potential clients.Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information on client interactions.Achieve monthly sales targets.Provide clients with information on renewal processes and coordinate with internal teams.Assist in email campaigns and other marketing activities as required.
