POSITION: Concept ManagerSALARY: up to 22,000 AED depending on experience and qualificationsHIRING COMPANY: Luxury FnB GroupWORK LOCATION: Abu Dhabi, UAEAVAILABILITY: Can join immediately will be prioritized (max 1 month)EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time / PermanentCANDIDATE PROFILE:Open to any EUROPEAN nationalityFemale, 40 years old and belowEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Degree in Culinary, Interior Design or FnB ManagementMinimum 3 years of similar work experience in an upscale fine dining restaurant or FnB/Hospitality with strong fine dining conceptKnowledgeable of FnB operations, supervisory aspects and service techniquesExcellent communication and creativity skillsJOB DESCRIPTION:Will handle development of relevant and contemporary F&B conceptsEvaluate F&B concepts for regional suitability and alignment with brand standards and make recommendations on placement within assigned projects.Provide owners, asset managers, operators and relevant parties access and orientation to food and & beverage portfolio of conceptsBrand advocate with owners and operators to existing FnB resources, tools and standard methodologiesConduct market research to ascertain regional suitability of concepts, comp set, target audience and economic factors.Facilitate market entry of restaurant and bar concepts and provides brand advice to owners, asset, managers and operators.Develop well-defined bespoke FnB concepts where required.Identify brand meaningful restaurant operators and concept partners and makes recommendations as required.Handle departmental budgets with adjustments as necessary and ensures accurate tracking of disbursements.Drive quality, consistency and accountability within FnB Development.Assist the Director, Brand Food & Beverage Development, with ad hoc and special projects as needed.
