Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a well-established business group based in Abu Dhabi. They are looking to hire a<b>Factory Manager</b> for their Electrical / Lighting Manufacturing facility in Abu Dhabi.ÿAs the Factory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall production and operations of our electrical/lighting manufacturing facility in Abu Dhabi. This role involves strategic planning, efficient resource utilization, cost management, and ensuring the highest standards of product quality.<b>Responsibilities:</b><b></b>- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and delivery schedules.- Optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.- Supervise day-to-day operations to meet production targets and deadlines.- Implement and maintain best practices for safety, cleanliness, and organization within the factory.- Collaborate with other departments to streamline cross-functional processes.- Monitor and control production costs to maximize profitability.- Identify areas for cost reduction and implement cost-saving initiatives.- Work closely with the finance team to manage budgetary requirements.- Analyze financial data to assess the factorys performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).- Develop strategies to improve profit margins while maintaining product quality.- Collaborate with senior management to formulate business strategies.- Lead and motivate a diverse team of production and operational staff.- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for professional development.- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.Requirements- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.- Proven experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the electrical/lighting industry.- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and supply chain management.- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.- Solid financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and analyze financial data.- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.Benefits- Attractive Salary & Benefits
