Analyze tender documents, specifications, drawings, and other project documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates.Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments to gather necessary information and pricing.Prepare and submit tender proposals in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all client requirements and specifications are met.Develop detailed cost estimates for facilities management projects, including labor, materials, equipment, and overheads.Perform site visits and assessments to gather necessary information for accurate estimation.Use estimation software and tools to develop precise and reliable estimates.Oversee the estimation process for pre-contract and post-contract phases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial plans for projects.Monitor project costs and make adjustments as necessary to ensure financial objectives are met.Work closely with the project management team to ensure seamless transition from tendering to project execution.Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operations teams to ensure all aspects of the project are considered in the estimation process.Provide technical support and guidance to junior estimators and other team members.Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and expectations, ensuring these are reflected in the tender and estimation processes.Participate in client meetings and presentations to explain estimates and project plans.Ensure all estimations and tender documents comply with company standards, policies, and relevant regulations.Maintain accurate records and documentation for all tender and estimation activities.Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).Minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience in tendering and estimation for facilities management projects in the UAE.Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
