A fast growing facilities management company based in Abu Dhabi has awarded to Black Pearl to manage the recruitment of their FM operation. For the expansion plan of our client this year, they are looking to recruit for the following positions:Electrician: 2 nosPlumber: 2 nosHVAC Technician / AC Technician: 2 nosMason: 3 nosCarpenter: 3 nosPainter: 4 nosArtist: for Theming Arts Painting Works 2 nosOn top of the salary, the successful candidates will receive the following benefits:-Accommodation provided-Transportation provided-Medical Insurance-Ticket every 2 years-30 days paid yearly vacation-public holidays as per UAE Labor Law-9 hours duty per day including 1 hour lunch break-Off every Friday, unless there is a special project that requires Friday, OFF will be given the next day (on special occasions)-Hours of duty normally from 8am to 5pm excluding the travel time to and from work location, pick up timing to work at 7:00am, pick up timing after work at 5:30 - 6:00pm-on special occasions of projects, there are duties at night timing depends on the project,-working hours is always adhere as per the UAE Labor Law-Over time only if announced as overtime base on the project and OT pay will be as per the UAE Labor LawRequirementsTo be considered for the role, you need to meet the following general criteria:
