F&B SupervisorLocation: Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesSalary: Market related Our client is an awarding winning Hotel offering luxury rooms, hosting bespoke events with style, popular restaurants and F&B outlets. We are seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join the team Responsibilities

  • Foster a supportive and collaborative work environment, ensuring all staff are thoroughly trained, knowledgeable, and motivated to deliver exceptional service
  • Oversee all service-related tasks, including checklists, point-of-sale management, cash handling, handovers, equipment control, stock-taking and reservation coordination
  • Meet service requirements promptly with a positive, team-orientated approach, maintaining the highest standards
  • Drive and oversee the daily floor operations, ensuring smooth service flow, adherence to hygiene and grooming standards
  • Conduct monthly SOE stock takes and manage daily checklists for opening and closing
  • Build strong guest relations
