Job Description

Position Title: F&B Operations ManagerEmployment Type: Full TimeSalary: up to 20K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: A leading F&B group based in Abu Dhabi, known for serving the best flavors of specialty coffee and desserts.

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of F&B operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all outlets.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and supervisors, to maintain high standards of service and productivity.
  • Ensure all food and beverages meet quality standards, including taste, presentation, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and control operational costs, including labor, inventory, and waste, to meet financial goals and maximize profitability.
  • Address customer feedback, resolve issues, and continuously improve service quality to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
